If you need to claim on your insurance?

If you need to claim on your insurance, just head to ‘Protections’ and click the benefit you’d like to claim. From there, you’ll be able to make a claim online within minutes, with no long forms or piles of paperwork. All you need to do is enter a few details about yourself and what’s happened, upload some evidence (such as a doctor’s note) and enter your bank details, so we can transfer your money to you once your claim is approved. After your claim is approved, the money will be in your account within just 5 days (or even sooner).

The benefit levels available for each type of cover are:

• Family Leave: £500 if you welcome a new family member
• Compassionate Leave: £500 if you lose a loved one
• Disablement: up to £40,000 if you are permanently disabled
• Accidental Death: £40,000 in the case of accidental death
